You can delete your Famio Care account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
Open Famio Care, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can't access the app, send us a deletion request below. Please send it from the email address associated with your account. If you contact us from a different address, we will send a confirmation to your account email before proceeding. Requests are normally processed within 30 days.
Your account and personal details (email, name, profile picture) are removed from our database and from our authentication provider (Auth0).
Care profiles where you are the only member are permanently deleted, including all their records.
For profiles you share with other caregivers, ownership is transferred to another member and the shared history is kept for them — but anonymized, so it is no longer linked to your identity.
