These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Famio Care mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by Vlad Morari ("we", "us"), an individual operator based in the Republic of Moldova. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Famio Care helps families record and share care information about the people they look after — such as feeding, sleep, medication, and health notes. The App is an organisational tool; it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
You agree not to:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data as described there.
We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice where reasonably possible, and allow you to export your data before shutdown.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or for decisions made based on information stored in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves (for example, if we introduce paid features or register a company). We will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the App or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
